2011 Public Event Schedule Saturday, August 20th: 10:00am Meet the Generals (Under the Tent) 10:30am Cannon Inspection and Drill (All) 11:00am Kids Games (Under the Tent) 1:00pm Military formation in camps. Weapon inspection. (All) 1:30pm Tactical Demonstration. 2:30pm Open for after battle scenarios / living history 3:00pm Children’s Battle (On the Battle Field) 4:00pm Camp Closes 7:00pm to 10:00pm Come Welcome City Fiddle at our Period Dance. (Tent) 10:15pm Night Fire demonstration on field. (Weather Permitting) Sunday, August 21st: 9:30am Camps open to the Public 10:00am Church Service (In Shelter) 11:00am Meet the Generals (In Shelter) 11:00am to 12:00pm Camp Scenario 1:00pm Military formation in camps. Weapon inspection. (All) 1:30pm Tactical Demonstration. 2:30pm Open for after battle scenarios / living history 4:00pm Camp Closes Thank you for coming and have a safe trip home. 2011 Reenactor Event Schedule Note. As soon as you unload, please move all vehicles to parking lot. Thursday, August 18th: 10:00am Sponsor Units come to help park with layout and set up their camps. 11:30am Sutlers can start setting up. 4:00pm to 6:00pm Reenactor Registration 7:00pm Concert with Buffalo Boomers Friday, August 19th: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Re-enactor Registration 8:00pm Event Committee Meeting - All chair Saturday, August 20th: Park is open from 8 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Camps open for public 9:30 am to 5:00 P.M. 7:30am to 9:00am Re-enactor Registration (Shelter) 7:00am to 8:30am Breakfast (In your own camp) 9:00am Officers Meeting & Morning Reports (Tent) 10:00am Meet the Generals (Under the Tent) 10:30am Cannon Inspection and Drill 11:00am Kid's Games (Under the Tent) 12:00pm to 1:00pm Lunch (In your own camp) 1:00pm Military formation in camps.
